Easy to use, quick transport to the terminal and back. Easy peasy :-)

Easy to book and good directions to the car park. We didn't have to wait for the bus, it was already at the stop, so got straight on! Remember to take a picture of the bus stop number to make the return journey easier. Short transfer time and dropped right outside the terminal. On arrival back only waited 5 minutes for the bus. Driver announced each stop so no problem finding our car. Excellent service from start to finish.

It's easy to find entry and exit are easy to navigate. The transfer is OK sometimes people have way too much luggage and it's difficult to get the transfer. Many people push and you can miss the transfer. Especially being disabled it's difficult to stand my ground and get on board even if I've queued longer than others. The other thing that disappointed me is there aren't any disabled bays and I have to get someone else to park my and get it out of the bay for me on return as I need to be able to open my door at its widest to get in comfortably. People park right near the line and it's always difficult to get out and into the car

I normally use the long stay car park but this time I used Jet Parks as it was a little cheaper through my APH loyalty discount. Similar service as that given by the long stay arrangements. My only criticism was on our return & that was about signs & queue layout. We arrived back at Stansted early hours & made our way to the pick up buses around 3am. The queue was extremely long & went from the long stay & Jet Park bus stop signs to way past the mid stay oick/ drop off point.. Starting to wait at the very end of the queue, we had no idea who in front of us wanted what bus. I was told by some of those waiting that it didn't matter which bus you got on but I knew this was not the case. At peak times, there needs to be a staff member patrolling the queue/s & grouping customers into 3 distinct zones, long stay, Jet Parks / mid stay. Unfortunately, some customers were confused & got onto the wrong bus causing further delays.

Service every 15 minutes is good. Bus information system on board is very helpful.Better if price for parking was reduced for longer stays ie, over 7 days.
