“Easy to book and we were happy with the security of our car whilst parked at the car park and the speed at getting us back to the car on our return in the early hours of the morning. However, signage was confusing as was intervals between buses on our arrival. We were designated Section W on arrival, only to drive all the way round and find it marked as "Closed"! As this was the last section before the exit, we decided to enter anyway and managed to find a few empty spaces. We also had a very long wait for the transfer bus on arrival and eventually one bus driver (who was about to go off duty) took pity on us, picked us up and took us to another bus stop where he said we would be able to get on a bus. Luckily we had allowed plenty of time as it took us nearly 50 minutes from parking the car to getting to the terminal. Hopefully this was just a glitch - we would use again.”
“Parked here recently. I was a bit worried about the transfer buses as I was arriving at 3.30 in the morning. No problem there were actually two buses at the car park waiting.
It’s a huge car park so it’s worth making a note of exactly where your car is parked!
When on the bus they do refer to the bus stops by number as well as letter! However the stop number isn’t displayed on the bus stop itself.
Coming back it’s a mad scramble as the Long Stay buses and Jet Park buses go from the same place and the queues aren’t separated! This needs sorting out!
It’s very off putting when you see the size of the massive queue.
It did however move quite quickly, it was pretty easy getting back to the car in daylight, however as a female lone traveller I don’t think I’d want to park here if I was returning late at night.”
