“On arrival many of the zones were closed, eventually we got to zone W and found one of very few spaces left.
After a long drive to get there we expected there to be toilets but there weren't.
On return as it was after 10pm we expected to gave to get the Long Stay bus but luckily there was a Jet Parks one that came quite quickly.
My car was one of only 2 left in that zone. If I had been travelling alone I would have been quite worried as very isolated.”

Procedures for arrival parking and vehicle departure clearly communicated.
Transfers to and from Terminal worked promptly.
Service did the job required.”
“Arrived slightly before my booked time, not a problem, barrier lifted to allow access, I required a disabled slot, again, not a problem and conveniently by the bus pick up point. Transfer to the terminal wasn't long either in wait or travelling time.
Return was ok too, late flight back, again after my booked timescale, bus from terminal wait was 10 minutes, travael to car park was ok and clear indication of where the bus had stopped i.e. you don't miss your stop.
All in all a good service which I will use gain.”
“Easy access to car park and shuttle bus transfers. Would use again (signage entering the airport could be improved- however it was early in the morning so that could of been us)!”
