“Although I found the carpark full we managed to find our allocated space following signs easily enough . Easy access and leaving through barriers. Bus was every 15 mins and on time . Driver friendly and helpful”
“Booking was straightforward and cheaper than other car parks presumably due to the distance from the terminal. Instructions from APH were clear and easy to follow. Number plate recognition made booking in and exiting car park easy. Transport to terminal was fine as we were first on shuttle bus. My only gripe was on return. This was complicated by the fact that JetParks and Longstay shuttle buses were operating from a different location. The signs in the arrival hall were not very clear as to where to go and confusion between bay numbers and Bus Stop numbers. There was a long wait for shuttle bus and too many people trying to get on. This was exacerbated by people getting in the wrong queue due to poor signage. Passengers were squashed onto bus and had to hold luggage as there was not enough luggage storage space on the bus. This obviously improved as people got off. However, there should be more buses closer together when lots of flights land around the same time. this should be able to be scheduled from information provided by flight number and arrival data taken from customer when booking.”

“Worked for me. Allow a few minutes to find a space but no hassle. Building work at Stansted so not picking up at usual place so watch for alternative signs if people standing in front of them....”
“Usually I would recommend jet parks, but on this particular occasion I had a nightmare. There are works going on at the airport meaning you don’t get dropped off of collected outside the terminal at the moment from the shuttle bus which would be fine. However I landed at 2.30 am, it was raining and cold I had a 18 month old and 3 year old and had to wait just under an hour for a bus to my car, this really isn’t on especially without warning when booking.”
