“Excellent service. However you will have to improve your signage regarding the new setting down and picking up procedures operating at Stansted airport. It was extremely confusing.”
“After travelling with this company for many years and being fully satisfied with the experience, on this occasion, it was the opposite and they failed abysmally. The pick up from the car park indicated a bus would collect every 15 minutes. We arrived at 2.35 am and the next three buses were drop off only and the passengers being dropped off advised that they had been waiting for 1 1/2 hours to be picked up. When we did eventually arrive at the airport the driver waited a further 10 minutes for a slot albeit there were plenty of empty spaces. The driver did not apologise he didn't communicate with us at all. This resulted in it taking us 75 minutes to make a 15-minute journey and many passengers had to run into the airport to avoid missing their flights. All in all, it was totally unacceptable.”
“Absolutely awful! JetPark promises a shuttle every 15 minutes. We booked in at Jet Park Stansted, departing Saturday 24th June and returning in the early hours of Sunday 02/07. On our arrival, we waited for an hour and 15 minutes for a bus to take us to the terminal. Luckily we had arrived at the parking 4 hours before our flight, so we remained relatively calm, but travellers around us were in a state of flat panic. It was very unpleasant waiting outside in the hot sun with a 4 year old desperate for the toilet, unsure of whether a bus would actually arrive in the end. We assumed this was an isolated incident, but fast forward to our return the following Sunday at 3am. It was now very cold outside (11 degrees), and after we exited the airport building after numerous flight delays, we were once again met with a ridiculously long queue of passengers waiting for the long stay/Jet Parks shuttle. Once again we waited well over an hour, absolutely exhausted, with a very irate throng of people, to eventually be loaded like sardines onto a shuttle. What is going on JetParks?! All the people we spoke to had, like us, pre-booked, so it's not as if you couldn't anticipate demand. I would strongly NOT recommend using JetParks, spare yourself the stress and discomfort. Horrible experience all round!”
“I was new to this parking so I pressed the button on the terminal waited for it to answer then was greater by a very rude lady who spoke to me as if I was thick there wasn't any understanding from her her attitude was very blunt the date was 19 June around 11am..the start to my holiday was very upsetting but overall the parking was good.”
