“Excellent process and easy to use. Would be good if at the bus stops there was an indication of how long the buses would next arrive or a schedule. Also as there is a temporary drop off and pick up the terminal it would be good to know at this point too.”
“Good experience going but return was chaotic. Lots of passengers waiting in line for both medium and long stay car parks. Many panicked to reach their stored luggage through the crowded bus. Needs to be better organised eg sections on bus relating to car park areas.”

The signage for the transfer bus should be altered at the entrance to the terminal, while the works are proceeding. It does not tell one to go down to the level below.
I was rescued by a very helpful staff member, who told me what was going on and helped me with my case, so full marks to him!”
