“Unfortunately, after phoning to confirm I had cleared customs with my luggage, I had to wait 20-30 minutes outside the airport building for my car to be dropped off. Had to phone again to find out whether there was a problem. Used APH several times and this was the first time there has been any delays in dropping off or collecting my car.”
“Really helpful and friendly staff & very accommodating. The car park ground isn’t very well made, muddy so cases got muddied up on short distance to the car. It would be ideal if they could charge and electric car whilst you’re away. There’s limited EV chargers around STANSTEAD and I’d be have been happy to have paid a bit extra for my car to be fully charged on my return. Other than that this was a good service.”

“The only issue was the driver on the collection was looking for the wrong car. The original booking was a black Ford and I changed it to a white Peugeot. The driver was looking for a white Ford. It just delayed us slightly. Otherwise it was very good.”
