“Good easy service - the only thing I didn’t like was paying another £7 to exit the drop off area on departure & the worry that if we were in the queue for more than 15 mins leaving it would cost us a lot more.”

“This is not the Meet and Greet service actually operated by Stansted itself. Felt that we had to wait a bit longer than expected for the person to come and collect the vehicle. Admittedly though the collection point is right outside the terminal in the drop off point.
Upon our return we called the specified phone number once we had collected our luggage and the car was waiting outside in Drop Off Zone C so all very efficient. Now, the service cannot be classed as cheap - about £180 in our case so it was a bit of a shock to find that having loaded up the car we then had to pay £7 to exit the drop off zone. I would have thought that there would have been some sort of number plate recognition and the barrier would go up automatically.
Will be using the Stansted own Meet and Greet service in the future.”
“You need to phone more than 10 minutes away as you can end up stood waiting for 25 minutes for your car to be collected . Once I called the number to confirm arrival time the company only asked my surname . Therefore , the instructions need updating with just dial the number as opposed to dial the number and option 1 .?? Which could be tricky whilst driving . Otherwise the drivers were excellent and made up for the wait . I would definitely recommend this service”
