“Absolute shambles.
Phones down so we did not know where to meet. Wasted an hour , nearly missed out flight.
On return, it was nearly as bad.
It's response, we shall pick you up in the mini bus in 10 to 12 minutes in zone C
After 15mins we chased up. Your has been collected. Not by me.
Then they found it and will deliver to zone C, but not which zone 3. Later established as near Union Jack. Waited another 15 minutes before driver arrived with car.
Then a long queue to get out. I will never use you again. We paid extra for superior service”

“We were sceptical of using this service after seeing some poor reviews but absolutely nothing to worry about. The timings were perfect and we even had a delayed flight returning which lead into the next day and it wasn’t a problem, no extra charge nothing! The two guys were both professional and we said straight away we will do that again, they took minutes to arrive each time, couldn’t recommend them more.”
