“Pick up on arrival was very efficient. Return of vehicle very poor - I had to wait over 20 minutes. This never happens when I use your service at Gatwick. The excuse was staff shortages - it was obvious that there was a big demand at that time so arrangements should have been made to accommodate this need.”

I rang the agent as I left the luggage collection, at the airport and my car was delivered to the pick up point as I arrived at the appointed meeting point. Very slick service!
