“My view of the APH park and ride is tinted by the attitude of the person who collected the car from us. Having parked a little deeper into zone C than he expected, he thought it was good customer care to mock me for it. When he realised I wasn't joing in with his infantile game, he locked eyes with my wife and proceeded to act as if I wasn't even there. Professional? I doubt he could even spell the word.
And when we returned, we had to wait twelve minutes in the cold for our car to reach the collection point. It would have quicker had I parked in short-stay.
Never had such a poor park and ride experience before and certainly won't be using that service again.”
“Great service. Would use again and recommend. Straight forward and simple. Only thing was when handing over my car for my departure, I was told a bus would pick me up back to where I left my car. When I called to inform I had arrived they brought my car to arrivals which was great had I been informed of the £7 (0-15 mins stay) charge to exit. Good luck if you get held up and your car waits longer.”
