“Drop off and pick up were very efficient but the guy on drop off was miserable and rushed us. The guy on pickup was okay but no smiles. Costs nothing to smile does it?”

When we arrived back he told us he had to jump start car because of flat battery. There is no way our battery should have been flat, it means they left something switched on for 10 days - really disappointing.”
