“This was the second time that I've used APH Meet and Greet. Both times were really simple, efficient and really convenient. To drop the car off and collect it at the airport door with no drama, no delays makes travel much less stressful. I really recommend it and will definately use APH again”
“I was shocked to receive a parking fine for the pick-up stage of our booking. At no time were we told that we would be liable for this charge. This should have been made clear at the time of the booking and also when we collected our car. The guy who brought back our car simply handed my son-in-law the key and piece of paper which he put in his pocket thinking it was just a confirmation that the car had been returned to us. He never said a word to us. By the time we got home and found the notification it was too late to pay. We have used APH at other airports where we drop the car off in a car park and found the service excellent so am particularly disappointed.”
