“Easy to book and edit. I put the wrong return time and went straight back in to change it at no cost. I was also allowed to add the car registration later as we weren't sure which one we would take. Arriving at the airport was easy, instructions given on the phone. At the airport we had a problem with the car, but the guys were fantastic and took the keys and told us to go and catch our flight. On our return, a quick phonecall and a short wait had us reunited with our car and on our way. The only thing that wasn't clearly shown was the cost to exit the airport, however it was only £7.00, so it didn't break the bank.”
