“The collection and drop off service was excellent - after telephoning the car was collected / dropped off in minutes. What displeased me is that when collected the tyres and wheels were filthy, the car clearly having been parked in a field. Certainly not what I expected from a premium service. I will not use again.”
“I used your service to get my mother who has mobility issues to the terminal. You didn't answer the phone, we arrived, you kept us waiting, we didn't know where to go and we parked in zone C as requested.. we paid you over £120 and now have a further £60 charge. The service was disgusting and has caused nothing but anxiety and stress to my disabled blue badge mother.”
“Brilliant service. We phoned as we came off the M11 and were advised which Zone to stop in at the drop off area. Car collected promptly. On return we phoned only when at drop off zone, so not to incur large drop off charge, and car arrived promptly and we were reminded to pay drop off charge online. Both drivers polite and friendly.”
