Had a mix up on the directions to the site, quickly rectified and was met and escorted to the drop off point by friendly staff with a nothing is too much trouble approach.
Met as arranged at the pick up point. No issues on pick up and again extremely helpful and friendly staff.

“Having used the Stansted meet and greet where you arrive and drop your keys at the office previously, I wasn't aware that the arrival time you state is set in stone. So when I arrived later than I had put on the booking form and received a few strong words from the person on the phone I was a bit taken aback.
We then had to wait around 20 minutes for the driver to arrive, he was very helpful and videoed the car before taking it. It's a shame that they did not video it when it was returned. It looked like it had been parked in a muddy field with mud splashed up the passenger side and the drivers mat caked in mud.”
