“I have only given a 1 Star rating as my car was delivered to me on the 26 January with the drivers side wiper blade broken. I immediately complained to ILMG and was " Fobbed Off" by a standard " we are not responsible for structural/mechanical defect and there has been no negligence on our part"
My car was collected by your staff with 2 working wiper blades and the you broke one and are hiding behind unfair terms and conditions”
