“Excellent service, instruction where to drop car clear, driver arrived at agreed time. Car was brought back within minutes of arriving. We have used meet and greet before and will again.”
“Firstly there was no mention of calling 10 minutes before arrival I was also not sent a text with information about parking this led to a additional £7.50 before we even checked in the guy that eventually turned up (40 minutes later) well did not have customer service skills at all very rude and abrupt we then on return got the car back that was ok but we were not given the qr code to leave the terminal so we were charged again to leave again no mention of this in my email extremely bad experience had hear won't be using again it works out cheaper to park in the airport carpark!!!!!”
“Firstly the meet at Stanstead. I called the number saying we were approximately 10 mins away, It took several attempts to get a response. As will be aware there is no place to legally stop. Eventually, I got through only to be told someone would collect the car in 20 minutes. This meant we had to wait somewhere off-site before entering the terminal to avoid excess parking charges. When we did meet up we had been waiting at the terminal drop-off point for 10 minutes.
On our return, we did what it said and called the number after collecting our luggage unable to get a response. Tried several times with no success.
By now we were at Area C waiting with several other customers of APH, some had been waiting for 30 minutes or more. We eventually called the head office as we could not get a response on the number given. We did get through to someone who was able to help and got our cars delivered.
Not a pleasant experience knowing the penalty for over staying the 10 minutes.
We won't be using this service again.”
