“On arrival everything was fine, the guy who took my car was lovely to talk to and assured me it would be fine as first time dropping my car off. Explained that I needed to call when I got back through security on the way home to call and it would be 10 minutes.
However when I called when I had got my luggage and got through border. Was told 10 minutes and then continued to wait outside for 45 minutes for my car to be dropped off in the freezing cold at half 12 in the morning. Also then discovered that whoever was driving my car had reset the Bluetooth and connected there own phone to my car, this I was not happy with.”
“Everything went according to plan and car was ready when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone with family as they collect the car from outside the terminal. Remember to allow £7 to get out of the airport!”
“Very busy when it was pick up after our holiday.
Phoned to say we had cases and were coming out airport (told to be in zone C). Waited outside in rain for ten minutes. Called up again to say they couldn’t get to zone C so was in zone B.
(They never called us to tell that). Going out was fine. Wouldn’t use this service again for the price. Also had to pay the £7 to get out!”
“Great service couldn’t fault it and the drivers were excellent who collected/dropped our car to us. Meet and Greet right outside the terminal which was a bonus. Would definitely use again.”
“Driver didn’t arrive in the 10 mins they promised and as we had already telephoned to say the M11 was shut and we would arrive with little time to catch flight I was disappointed they made us even later . Took 15 mins to bring car back too so allow 15-20 for collection and re delivery of your car instead of 10 they state”
