“The service is generally good. However when we called to say we had arrived and said we were at the meeting point. We were told we were not in the correct place and we had to back through the exit barriers and pay £7. And it turned out when we called again to ask where we should meet we actually we're in the correct place after all. When the guy came to collect the car we explained what
Had happened and he said sorry we will get you £7 refunded when you collect the car. That didn't happen.”
“Arriving at airport and a 5 minute wait past the organised time of drop off was reasonable.
The return to stansted and the process of getting my vehicle back was disappointing.
I'd called to say we were in process of getting our luggage, I was told to call back once we had it in hand, we did call once in hand. We were told 15 minutes, as it was peeing down, we waited in the terminal for about 10mins. We then went out to the meeting area and waited for 20mins, got soaked, called again to check on the whereabouts of my motor, was told they'll be another 10mins...20 mins late, in the rain, not good! I'll go back to the park and short walk option.”
“Easy booking etc, we arrived earlier than planned and called up when 10 mins away as instructed, no problem at all. They checked over the car and i checked their ID, all ok. Arrived back from hols, it was busy, so called when through arrivals, they said be patient as they had three planes in and alot of calls, so got a coffee, got a call and car arrived all ok.
One thing i missed was on the booking form, the drop of area and barrier is run by another company and you have to pay £7 to get out, and more after 10 mins, this is included in your booking fee for your car to get out when you drop it off. So be aware of this and by the long queues for the buses, still cheaper and easier in my humble opinion.”

Collection was slower than normal. I knew where the car was as I have an Apple air tag in it. The queue for Border Control was frankly a disgrace and it must have taken over an hour in the snake. I was steaming mad at this time in the morning to face this ridiculous situation. So I was possibly being unrealistic about my expectations as the airport was heaving with people and traffic. I only called after I was through passports and I had no luggage so maybe I was too fast. NOT a complaint against the person - more an observation on the situation. Of course I will use you again and again and always recommend you too. Neil”
