“The service from Meet and Greet was brilliant. They were ready and waiting on my arrival and were prompt to bring my car to me on my return. The only downside was the paying on leaving the airport. You have 15 mins from getting your car back to exiting the airport car park barrier, which should be doable, if the machines weren’t malfunctioning that is!! As a result, the queue was long and resulted in many cars, including mine trying to swap lanes to get to a machine that worked. By which time, the 15 mins had lapsed and instead of paying £7 they charged me £25! Watch out for this. Not happy!!”
“We couldn't get parked up in our allocated zone due to it being full at the time so we parked up in the next zone, I phoned the guy and told him this and was told they would be along soon, another 2 phone calls and 30 minutes later the guy still wasn't here so I wondered up and down the zones till I found him at the top our of original zone which I'd told thr guy 3 times I couldn't get parked in. This left us with an hour to get checked in, security and get our flight, (we left plenty of time but there'd been an accident which held us up for nearly 2 hours). On our return I noticed that it said to phone the number when you are in the baggage claim hall and they will drop the car off, I knew we wanted a drink first so I thought I'd wait till we were outside the terminal, good job as well. DO NOT phone till you are there ready outside with your bags unless you want to get charged another £25 on top of youve already paid them! What was not made clear on the booking/payment page is that on top of what you pay APH (which is already more expensive that stansted meet and greet which is ) is that you get 10 minutes in that parking zone which is charged at £7.50 when you exit, go over that and you have to pay £25 to exit that car park. If you ring at the baggage hall it WILL take you longer than 10 to get outside, find the guy with your car, pass over info over, get you stuff in the car and get to the barrier! Do not use, go with Stansted meet and greet instead!”
“Not a good experience. Booked using Tesco points but plans had changed. I asked if when requesting a refund whether I would get my points back. The first response from APH came a day later where they explained how I could use my points to park. I had to send another email explaining that I had already booked parking, but I wanted to cancel and could I get my points back?
By the time I got their next reply (another day later) they said that indeed I could get my points back. However, by then I was within the 24 hours of the booking and the automated system would not give a refund. I wrote back formally requesting my refund from a person and got the response that I "did not ask for a cancellation, I asked if I could get my points back IF I canceled". Not wholly true. I said my plans had changed and then asked if I could get my points back.
Now I am out over £100 of Tesco points and no parking and no trip.
I will never use this service and will actively tell everyone I know to avoid this service”
“Very Easy - the booking was simple and I used my Tesco voucher code. Email with confirmation and clear instructions straight away.
We called 10 mins before arrival at Stanstead and pick up was there within a few minutes to meet us.
On return, I called as soon as through passport control. Car was returned to drop off point a few minutes after we got there.
It was explained on arrival we had to pay £7.50 at barrier on way out.
Everything very clear, efficient, helpful and simple. Spot on.”
“Would have put a 5 star as colleagues and service was fast and efficient. However wasn’t told we had to pay £7 to leave collection point .
Wasn’t the £7 it was the point we weren’t told .”
