“The location was great and the drop off and pick up system was great. But I think the overall system of drop off was not very good. You have to enter park 50 metres away from reception, then your expected to take out your luggage where you park and roll it over or carry it whilst going through a gravel surface to the reception. And then, only after you checked in with reception; do they take you direct you which vehicle to put your luggage inside (to get your transport arranged to the airport). On the basis that nobody else was queuing to get a transfer, you would expect staff to immediately suggest where the luggage will go. As a pose to struggling to bring it to reception first and then to the transfer car. I have mobility issues as well, so this was experience was the worst for me. Upon pick up, I called and arranged for vehicle to pick us up which bought as back to APH car park. And then we got keys from reception and had to struggle and go through the gravel with luggage and kids to go about 70 metres to where the car was parked. Not the best experience by far …”
“The issues I had were that there seemed to be insufficient staff to offer a smooth service, unless this improves people will be disappointed with the experience.”
