“Absolutely terrible. Ruined suitcases on shingle ground. Squashed together in small van. My son was asked to put his 10 year old on his lap to make more room. Will never, ever use again and I have been using APH for several years”
“Close to the airport, checking the car in was fine and the ride to the airport was fine!
But after landing and collecting our bags I called to say we was ready to be collected and the man told us where to wait. 30 minutes later still no car (it was 2am and pouring with rain) I then called to ask how long the car would be and the man on the phone acted like I haven’t spoke to him?! He said he will send a car to collect me but no apologies for not sending the car in the first place. We then waiting another 20 minutes, the staff were just rude.”
“APH Stansted staff were friendly and efficient. There was very little wait time for drop-off at the airport and pick-up from the airport. I have used them several times without any problems.”
