“Served the purpose. It could have been better sign posted and clearer instructions at barrier entrance. However, once in we were quickly checked in and only a small wait for transport to the terminal. On return we were lucky to find a bus waiting and our car was parked near the office ready for our return”
“It would be very helpful if you provide a text number (for when we arrive back home) instead of calling because I am deaf and unable to hear/listen to your message on the phone which makes it harder to contact you. We ended up waiting for the minibus for more than 20 mins. It would be great if you could make this more deaf awareness please. Thank you.”
“Brilliant service as usual and extremely easy on the outbound and inbound flights. I would use again no bother but the only puzzling thing was why did someone change the driving mode in my car to snow mode lol and turn the AC on?”
