“Friendky staff had punture on artival which i think started before we left home and they offered to keep inflate if we had problems .... so straight forward with very little waiting time .... my only recommendation would be to sort out the car park road was very muddy .”
“I use APH regularly at various airports, the Stansted office is shared with I Love Park & Ride & it's just as professional as the other APH owned & managed offices at other airports. My only complaint is the old guy that drives their van, dropping you at the airport & picking you up again - he's always been & continues to be grumpy, doesn't help you with your bags so you have to load them into the van & out of the van yourself. This may seem fine for most men, but some women need help & some more mature people definitely need help. He never helps anyone, I've seen him leave an old lady to load her own bags! It's time you did something about this APH, as he's been working with you for years.”
“The entrance to the site is just before the car park of Holiday Inn on the right hand side, not posted very well. The guys operating the site are very helpful and polite and it takes no time booking in and off you go to Stansted Airport which is only 5 minutes away. On return we made the call after collecting our baggage and you go to C Zone and the pickup vehicle wasn’t long and off we go again and 5 minutes later back at the site to collect your car. All in all would use it again now I know where it is.”
