“Its not very ni e place like gatwick. First of all its difficult to find place then we found it. No customer toilets. Driver didn't help lifting our bags we had to do it ourself in Gatwick they always lift bags and put them nicely in the bus. They dont have proper place to wait for the van they park anywahere if u dont find them they will leave u then again i had to call office and ask them to send driver again. Otherwise they are gone they dont wait for u.”
“A sleek service which we have used several times now. Quick transfer to the airport, safe storage of the car and a quick pick-up. Check-in and out processes are also very smooth. All staff are friendly and helpful.”
“Whilst the car park and transport to the airport was easy, comfortable and convenient, the staff in attendance on both departure and arrival were unwelcoming, quite rude and lacked any customer service skills. Very disappointed as have used APH at other airports and have never had a complaint. On this basis, I probably won’t use this particular branch again.”
“Dropping off the car was fine, all went as it usually does except there seemed to be a problem with the gate opening on arrival & there was a wait of about 15mins with traffic lining up behind me - maybe it was because the snow had frozen the gate, not really sure. On return there was no-one in the office to receive my call for a pickup, so I walked over to the pickup location anyway, hoping to catch the driver on his regular run. It turned out the office staff was at the pickup location at Stansted, his phone wasn't ringing even though I was on hold waiting for someone to pickup! As APH uses a partner company (I love Park & Ride Stansted), I think their number is re-routed to the mobile phone when the office is unattended, but it seems the APH number isn't re-routed, so maybe there's work to do there. Once we all met up everything was fine & the young man went above & beyond helping us unfreeze our car door which was solidly frozen closed. He was an incredible help, honestly, without him we wouldn't have been able to get into our car. He's very customer focused & a reliable young man.”
