“First time using Stansted, usually use Gatwick. Very hard to find even using sat nav. Car park is like a waste ground, very dark. Reception is just a hut with no toilets. Mini bus shuttle quite dirty. Staff are very friendly with what facilities they have. Needs to be more like Gatwick.”
