“The whole process and help of staff was really very good and that on its own would have had me singing your praises. However we arrived in the dark and the car park was really badly lit and we couldn't see where to park our car or see the reception. I had to walk to the minibus( in the sleet) to find out the answers to these questions. Then when we arrived back home it took us a while to find our car. The car park is not a good surface to wheel cases along and we had a long walk struggling with our cases. So all in all it was a bad experience which could be so much better with a little thought.”
“The APH entrance is not signpost well, it’s pitch back and muddy field you need to squeeze your car, not friendly helpful staff I will never again park at APH Stansted. A week ago I parked at APH Gatwick and that was amazing will come back to Gatwick APH”

On return, collection on your return is merely a phone call and they are there in 10 minutes. Staff are friendly. Overall, a very good service that I would definitely use again”
