“Slightly difficult to see the APH sign and the gate on right hand side, but otherwise very smooth check in and quick transfer to the airport. Also, very clear instructions for a collection on return, however the transfer car was waiting for us and we did not know as there wasn’t APH logo on it ( but the other sharing the same car park), so we both ( driver and us) waited as at the collection point unaware of each other presence. I still give really high score and would use again if flying from Stanstead airport.”
“It's conveniently located but is a rough surface car park so you can't even wheel your suitcase , maybe some rubber mats can be laid to create a pathway from car park bays to wheel cases ? They also don't appear to have a lot of buses running we had to wait a bit for a transfer ( 10 min)and then when bus came it would only take 8 and more than 8 people has been waiting so they would continue to have to wait I assume for the next round trip . Bus was also filthy inside . Very different to APH Leeds and Manchester which I also use and are better facilities and more regular transfers”
“I was very disappointed with APH Stanstead and I will 1, Never use them again 2, Not recommend APH Stanstead to anybody 3, Openly tell people NOT to use them 4, Be writing to APH HQ to report APH Stanstead as being well below the standard that I normally get from other APH locations.

“Car park wasn't anything like the one at Gatwick which is very good. Initial parking area was just like waste ground, uneven and very dusty. Car was filthy when I collected it. Staff were friendly enough but as a whole, doesn't come across as a very professional outfit.”
“Regularly use when flying from Stansted. Love APH for the service they offer. Always polite, great transfers, use APH if possible whichever airport we are flying from.”
