“arrived to leave car 0330 in morning. Seemed unattended but attendant came with torch.
reception cabin not marked...but staff took us there..
Transfer OK but we didnt see bus markings in dark. assumed APH.
Signage of site poor/non exiistent. we had to ask at HolidayInn staff.
On return we expected a bus marked APH like Gatwick. Not told bus was a contractor with different markings. Missed at least one bus.. Staff didnt tell us to look for contractor's bus when we rang.
so all in all not the best experience
TWO improvements at minimum:
1. Put better signage up for people arriving at site for 1st visit
2. Tell customers what bus markings to look for on collection.
Plus.......better cabin illuminations when dark.
