“Never been let down yet. Had to wait a bit longer than usual, to be picked up this time but we expected that, as the arrivals were all over the place due to disruption at Manchester Airport, it affected Stansted too.”

We arrived at the meeting place, having just come back from holiday. The transport was there, I spoke to the driver and said is there room for us, he said no and drove off. He didn’t say that he would be back or anything. So I had to call again and was told we had to wait for the man to drop off and then come back for us.
Could you not get a bigger mini bus or send out another driver ?”

“Excellent Customer Service at all times just wish that APH would invest in the car park itself regarding the need for hardcore or tarmac on the ground as it is extremely difficult negotiating suitcases etc. across the current gravel”
