“Awful place! Stoney gravel car park making it nearly impossible to pull heavy cases across to reception. 1 stinking portaloo toilet, not acceptable at all. The shuttle van had NO air con making it a sauna to sit and wait for other to arrive in.
Never again!!
Gatwick is in a different league to this shambles.”
“They’re not really APH any more they’re I love meet and greet. Regardless of what they’re called they cracked the windscreen on my car when I was on holiday and now their customer services team (if you can even call them that) say their terms and conditions state they don’t cover damage incurred to windscreens while they’re ’looking after’ your vehicle as ‘they can crack or chip at any time’. Won’t use them again which is a shame because their staff at Stansted were very helpful, friendly and polite. Total let down from the customer services / head office department.”
“The parking was good value and no real issues. Signposts for AHP weren’t particularly clear on the bus or the car park. It was ok in the end but not suitable for people with disabilities due to the gravel car park and staff were not that clear with directions for drop off”
