“The only criticism I’ve got is it was a little difficult to locate and I went to the wrong place first. It’s not clearly signed as APH and instead was I love parking or something like that. May I suggest you give a What3words location to make it easier to find for people that use the What3words App. Other than that it was great especially the pick up and drop off where I didn’t have to wait at all. I would use again for sure and I will be using the APH at Gatwick on Friday, such is my satisfaction with you.”

“Service on drop off and collection very good. Down side the state of the gravel car park when wet full of large puddles and insufficient lighting when returning on a late flight. Car park needs more lighting and a new covering of gravel”
