“Terrible carpark, badly lit, stoney carpark makes it extremely difficult to drag your suitcases over. All the money you make, surely you can afford to lay asphalt!!
The van that transports you to the airport is tiny & difficult to get in and out of especially if you have mobility issues. Not great at all!!”
“At present the car park ground is type 1 hardcore. Extremely difficult to move your luggage as the wheels get caught up and need cleaning before you take them into your home.
Service is excellent as always but the car park condition is literally appalling.”

I’ve used aph when ever I travel usually from Gatwick . But when I used aph at stanstead I was disappointed as when we arrived early in the morning the car park was in complete darkness . Which is an health and safety issue for your customers . And not even tarmacked . When we arrived back at the car the door threshold had mud on it as well as the pedals and mats . I would be very reluctant to use yourselves again in the future unless the site improves .
Bearing in mind I had paid over £100 for the privilege .”
