“Difficulty finding despite satnav. Signage poor. Access....press for attention...no response.....phone number on sign..not recognised when called. Phone number on information sheet went to answerphone. Luckily whilst we were at the gate an employee drew in behind us and gave access...to allow himself in.
Will continue to use APH but probably not Stansted. Reception staff were friendly and helpful once accessed.”
“Being a customer that has used aph before from Gatwick was shocked at the hardcore car park which you had carry your cases over in complete darkness. The diver out rammed all cases in then tried to shut the door after us saying they would not fit. So we waited another 15 for next one being left outside.On returning from our holiday the pick up didn’t get out of the van and I had to knock the window even though we were standing in collection area and then refused to pick up our cases as said to me don’t get paid if I hurt myself. Understand this could be a health and safety issue and company policy however the drivers attitude was a disgrace and he drove like a bat out of hell and cases fell over in the back we was thrown around too he had a real attitude problem he rowed at the barrier because he asked for his password. Clearly unhappy in his job or tired but I dont expect or appreciate that level or no level of customer service from the service I’ve paid for. Feel highly disappointed as in the past my family and me have used aph Gatwick for many years. Then on return to car park/ depot there was no friendly customer service again from reception and told where my car was and that was it. We understand as customers that you are joined with I love aiport transfers but sadly there company does not resemble the service and experience we’ve had from Aph in the past.which has left us highly disappointed and would not recommend this service from stansted. Also on trying to exit car park the gate would not open and I pressed the call button two or three times with no answer while our driver sat on his phone in the van he picked us up in and ignored us so I had to get out of my car again and walked over to the office to be ask to be let out. Overall experience from arrival/ departure extremely disappointing and actually wished I paid more money and use another service, but as used aph numerous times knew it was a service I could trust. Sadly not in stansted this is not the case. I eagerly wait for a response from your customer service team. I also have a picture of the van and reg of the rude driver that collected us”

“Really badly sign posted and poorly laid car ground, all aspects looked amateurish and was not what I was expecting for £140. I would not recommend and certainly won’t be using again. On the positive the drop off and collection was very good.”
