“Let's be honest, the surface in the park isn't the best but it is just a car park. The organisation and service was excellent. I was at airport security within 10 minutes of arriving at the park and I was back at the car within 10 minutes of clearing customs.”
“Welcomed at site entrance. Guys in office very pleasant and efficient. Transferred immediately by bus to airport. Upon returning we rang the number provided and the bus picked us up within minutes.
Overall was a pleasant and stress free experience. Have used previously and will use again. Thanks”
“Signage on approach very poor, signage in car park also very poor, car park an absolute disgrace with large pot holes everywhere, mini bus tatty and grubby. Only saving grace were friendly and helpful staff. I have used Gatwick APH for years which is 100% better in every way and unless this facility is dramatically improved I will not be using it again”

“Staff and service excellent however car park surface a very muddy mess with lots of pot holes. For that reason unable to give 5* Advise to other users would be to bring additional floor coverings for your car matts. Whilst staff obviously very respectful, doesn't stop you tramping grey mud into your own car.”
“We have used APH at Gatwick for years so was the obvious choice at Stanted. BAD CHOICE. Not easy to find, Car park was a rough gravel, rubble, sea of mud and puddles. Had to carry cases in arms to mini bus due to mud and water on ground. Returned evening time in the dark, car was parked in the pitch black car park in loads of mud, had to us torch on phone to find it and avoid puddles and mud. When I opened the drivers door, what was a black mat is now thick brown mud. Car had been cleaned inside and out 2 days before taking to airport. When i said to one of the men this is nothing like the standard of APH car park at Gatwick, he replied this is nothing to do with APH, they are just a booking agent here. If that is the case I cant believe that APH would put their name or get involved with this Micky Mouse outfit. Certainly not worth the money we paid for this appauling car park.”

We’re particularly disappointed to read that the condition of the car park and the difficulty locating your vehicle on return fell well below the standards you have come to expect from using APH at Gatwick over the years. The issues you’ve described with the ground conditions, mud and lighting are certainly not the level of service we want or expect with bookings made through us.
While this car park is operated by a third-party provider, it is still one of the services we offer to our customers, so your comments are taken very seriously. We will be passing this feedback directly to the operator so the concerns around the surface conditions, lighting and overall presentation of the site can be addressed.
