“Used Aph for many years at various airports. Always great service. The only down side was when we arrived back. It was busy and after we called to say we have landed we found a few people were waiting. I assumed they log ppl who phoned and it creates a queue. No, the van turned up and it was like a scrum. The driver just let ppl on, and there was another member of staff just standing there and said there is no queue and didnt want to help. Surely common sense would say you take the ppl who have phoned through first. It just created frustration and anger amongst ppl and there was no need.”
“I always use I Love P&R at Stansted. Since the introduction of the ANPR gates at the exit on the drop off/pick up point the turnaround has been even quicker. Cannot fault the team and the service provided.”

Suggestion would be to improve directions to the car park as it’s not obvious off the main road, only if you happen to look down the side road do you see the sign”
