“We arrived at the booked time of 5am and were greeted by name by friendly staff. The transfer to the terminal was quick and easy, and personal to us.
On our return the system worked well, with only a short wait to get through on the phone. The minibus arrived promptly and we were whisked back to the car park to collect our car with no delay at all.

“I have used this service many times in the past with excellent service. However, on this occasion I was greeted with a very unhelpful driver at the airport asking me if I'm at the right van as you are are apparently using two services under the same company. Surely it's his job to check. I had a ticket I was in the right zone I had already rang the office. After finally asking him to: what I should do? He finally checked and found I was on the list. I had to load the cases myself never shown where to seat. In all the driver just did not care. I certainly could have done without all the negativity after my flight. It certainly was not a good welcome.”
