“A very efficient and reasonable service. The buses were frequent, the service was good. My only minor gripe was that I did find the main drop off point difficult to find by road. We were given directions but we got lost, largely because we could not see road names whilst driving along and also local roadworks meant that there were a number of places where there were a lot of cones and restrictions. We did go very wrong at one point which caused some stress. We were provided with a phone number, which we were on the verge of calling, when we suddenly realised where we needed to go once we saw the Bassingbourn roundabout and realised where we were. “Easy enough to find. Cheapest at the time of booking. Keys left behind. I had parked where I was told to, neatly in a space. Returned to find car had been moved - and reversed in too far to open the boot. Not a huge problem, but had to leave the kids in the car park with luggage at 3am so I could move it out, reason for 4 stars instead of 5.”
