“All was good.
Only one issue-Although the bus driver was good and showed us where to find coach stop No 19 when we arrived back on our flight very late in the early hours we could not find how to get down to the coach park as when we had previously arrived we had been on the same level and had forgotten. Eventually a worker in the airport showed us how to get down by using the escalator .Please be kind enough to point this out to passengers when they arrive.I realise this was our responsibility but the reminder would be helpful.”
“Not a great experience Left waiting under an outside unheated shelter for the bus on our departure for a good twenty minutes.Being elderly 83 would have welcomed assistance in boarding the bus to the airport.Driver just ignored me when asked on our return if we would catch the bus at this same stop.Just a sign of the times I suppose.Gatwick A,P H much more customer friendly.”
“This car park is near the airport and after checking your car in and leaving the keys you are given a card with a phone number to call when you arrive back.
There was a short wait for the bus 10-15 mins and then it only takes about 10 mins to get there.
All staff helpful and efficient. Car parking area seems to have been resurfaced since we last used it.
Everything went to plan, although the bus was quite crowded on the way back.”
