“Accessing the car lot, parking, access to the buses to the airport all good. However I do not know where they park your car after it gets moved from the drop off/pickup bays because when collecting our car it was VERY dusty brown dust all over the car like it was rolling around in sand which was really annoying considering it was valeted beforehand. They need to have more consideration with peoples cars and where they are being parked. Because we then should not have to spend more money washing our car that was clean on arrival due to your lack of consideration. Other than that this is not my first time using maple and probably will not be the last.”

“All was good.
Only one issue-Although the bus driver was good and showed us where to find coach stop No 19 when we arrived back on our flight very late in the early hours we could not find how to get down to the coach park as when we had previously arrived we had been on the same level and had forgotten. Eventually a worker in the airport showed us how to get down by using the escalator .Please be kind enough to point this out to passengers when they arrive.I realise this was our responsibility but the reminder would be helpful.”
