“Nice clear instructions of location so nice & easy to get to. Painless check in of vehicle. Transfer on bus seamless. Return also painless. Called them when we'd collected our baggage (have ref number on ticket to hand), got on transfer bus, picked up keys, car ready and waiting. Top notch.
Only negative is cost but I suppose 9 days parking will be a bit pricey!!”

“It was fine except 35 minute wait for bus to arrive and take to airport which really stressed me out and there is no one to help really, I ended up calling the main line to ask for assistance and they put me through to the branch line which I’d already spoke to and all they said was ‘bus will be here’…
I arrived home at 3am and was dreading the long wait. The bus was there and left straight away so I guess I was unlucky for my first use.
Everything else was fine, easy to find, easy to park and leave car, just the wait for the bus was a negative.”
