“Excellent experience the first time we used Triangle Park & Transfer (3 years ago) so booked again. Little did we know that our ship was 'behind' the car park and only learned this from a very helpfull attendant, so able to walk and didn't ring for car transfer. This must have flagged up a concern within APH and received a call from them to check everything was alright, which I thought was very good. As we docked at same berth on return we were able to walk back to our car, so I suppose I could have saved myself the transfer element of the cost had I done my homework beforehand to establish where our ship would be. Lesson learned, no complaints at all and will still use APH / Triangle again.”
