“Quick and simple to book on line with APH. On arrival at Triangle Car Park and as I parked the car, I received a text to confirm arrival. Big Brother is Watching with number plate recognition on entering the car park. No need for barriers anymore? Our ships berth was within walking distance so we made our own way to the berth and did not use APH transfer service. On return, we arrived at a different berth so you cannot use the automated system to arrange collection as it seems to be set up automatically as departure berth will be the same as arrival? There was a bit of a wait on the phone to speak to an actual person to rearrange collection and even then, the taxi went to the wrong berth. However, the taxi driver used his initiative, called me directly, once sorted he was with us in about 10 minutes for the drive back to the car park. The driver was very friendly and insisted on transferring our heavy cases from his car into ours. I would highly recommend Triangle Park & Transfer Service.”
“Parking and pick on arrival went smoothly, car park was easy to find. Collection after the cruise was a bit slower; the driver went to the wrong cruise terminal then had a long queue to pick us up from Mayflower terminal. The system at Mayflower doesn't seem to work very well, there is nowhere near enough space to pick up so many passengers arriving at the same time. Must be a better way of doing it?”
“I purchased the parking at the triangle car park in June 2023. In the meantime, I changed my car details.
Before parking, I attempted to change the details with you but could neither find a phone number nor contact details.
We parked our new car as planned and thankfully it was still there when we disembarked the cruise ship. I am now hoping you will not fine me for parking in a different car. I still have the receipt.”
