“We've always found this a good parking option and are regulars. Sadly this time Pam had a continuous cough (Not Covid) and when we completed the day before health questionnaire to declare that; they refused us boarding and canceled the cruise booking immediately. You felt unable to make a refund but were good enough to provide an insurance letter. sadly we were already over the insurance excess. We are sailing again on a replacement cruise in June: perhaps you might consider a loyal customer a bit of a special discount to make up?!! (Please!)”
“When arriving at car park, West Quay cars were quick, efficient and polite when collecting us as the driver had just dropped off a passenger at the same ship. When we returned the driver was very polite and apologised for the delay as we were waiting for over a hour for a car to arrive. I did have to call a second time to chase them and they did also call back to apologise for the delay as three ships had docked at the same time.”
“Parking, price and instruction are good but they are let down by the taxi transfer company. It took 40 minutes for the taxi to come when we dropped the car which was ok but it was 1 hour 15 minutes when we returned. The frustration was increased because they couldn't even give us an estimate of how long the wait would be. They just said they were busy, I ended up phoning them three times and only knew after an hour it should be about another 15 minutes. Not sure we would use them again as a result.”
