“We arrived on 12.9.22 and got the shuttlebus which someone had phoned for. We returned on 22.9.22 at about 16.30. My wife has mobility issues and was brought by wheelchair to the bus stance, where we waited in the rain for some time before noticing a paper stuck to a post informing us that there would be no bus until 8pm. This is totally unacceptable - do they really expect disabled people to wait 3 hours in the rain for a bus? After a struggle we made it to the car park on foot. Your information led us to believe that a transfer bus would be available, so we were greatly inconvenienced.”
