“Easy to book and on the day easy to park, 5 minutes to terminal building. On return no problems in getting out. Price has gone up a lot since last time I used it.”

My wife has mobility issues and was brought by wheelchair to the bus stance, where we waited in the rain for some time before noticing a paper stuck to a post informing us that there would be no bus until 8pm. This is totally unacceptable - do they really expect disabled people to wait 3 hours in the rain for a bus? After a struggle we made it to the car park on foot. Your information led us to believe that a transfer bus would be available, so we were greatly inconvenienced.”
