“The car parked at the airport long stay was checked by security personnel and I have every confidence the car was being looked after by concerned personnel BIG THANKYOU to personnel at long term car park for most helpful and extraordinary care taken of my vehicle whilst parked !
Not liking to have to admit leaving a window open in the vehicle, the error was spotted and efficiently protected by temporary measures to protect the car interior from inclement weather. Who knows what damage could have been caused by leaving a window open?

“No buses at 6am when we came to leave the car. Long walk, not as advertised. No bus for ages when we came back at 10pm a week later. Another long walk. Got to the exit gate, having paid in advance, and told to pay another £124!! Very embarrassing having to press the call button and get someone to let us out. Worst parking experience. AVOID”
“I am not writing a review at this juncture until my letter of complaint regarding the booking and subsequent overcharging of my stay has been addressed and rectified. Then I shall express my views.
There is nothing wrong with the Newcastle Airport Car Park, however customer services needs looking at.”
