There is nothing wrong with the Newcastle Airport Car Park, however customer services needs looking at.”
“The booking, the ticket system, all went well, but the walking (with heavy luggages) between the parking and the terminal was a nightmare in both ways”
“We always use this long-stay car park as it is on-site and you get to keep your keys so safe knowing no one can move your car. It can be tricky finding a space during peak periods and many of the courtesy telephones do not work, so it's a walk to the next courtesy bus stop or wait it out. On our return journey on 22/10/23 around 02;00 the driver could see we were disabled and was extremely helpful in getting cases on and off the bus”
“could do with more information about the bus service. on return home there were no signs that we could see about where the bus would pick us up and we ended up having to walk with our suitcases to the car park. as we are pensioners - this was quite difficult.”
