No frills parking! Cheap but not cheerful. JetParks3 is essentially a Self Service car park. You drive in, park your car and take the regular circular bus between the car park and airport. This sounds simplistic however: 1. There is no on site support. 2. The entry barrier is supposed to open using vehicle recognition and it didn't. We had to speak to an operator via an intercom to get access, as a consequence there was a queue of traffic behind us. 3. We had to scour the car park for a vacant spot to park. No advice regarding vacant spots was publicised in the car park. 4. The car park is badly lit and drainage is poor. I had to walk in a pool of water with my luggage across the car park. 5. The signage and road markings regarding exit route is poor. In summary, not very impressed JetParks3 could do a lot better for the rate charged.

found a parking space easily (at 5am) bus waiting 5 mins to terminal return journey easyoverall good but bustsops insdie car park could be better sign posted or illuminated

Very big car park and very hard to find parking in there.. another worst experience when you do booking they tell you bus service in every 15 mins but it’s more likely 30mins at least to 45mins which ain’t fair for people like me waiting in cold weather with little ones for that long..!! Please improve at least bus service as you advertising every 15 mins and some sort of screen will be nice there to say in which areas of the car park spaces available..!!

Excellent service, very reliable especially as there had been an issue at the airport with a number of flights arriving late and at the same time. I have used Jet3 a number of times now and will continue in the future.

All in all great carpark close to the airport, only point I would like to highlight but it's not an issue as I wasn't charged extra. It took nearly 25 minutes to get back lots of waiting at stops. When I got back I had outstayed my time by 30 minutes but I wasn't charged so greatly appreciated. Would def book again

To few exit signs the first one we saw was near the exit did not see any blue badge spaces no were there any signs directing you to the blue badge area. Buses ran well and on time. Geoff Scattergood

Always used park 3 for some time but last week they weren't as prompt as always,took over hlf hr to get to our bus stop,then driver decided to have conversation with another driver for around 20 minutes outside terminal 2 then to top it off he did a driver swap on the way back to carpark,in saying that i would still use them when required.

We had a slight issue finding the place. Also parking lot was very full so difficult to find a parking space. But all in all, it was convenient. The bus drivers were very helpful. On our return, our car would not start as the battery was flat. But the APH team sent someone within 10 kin to restart the car and we were on our way. This was such a relief as the breakdown would have taken a couple of hours to get to us. Excellent car park.
