“I was not aware that ifyou are not at the park for the 12pm midnight as per my flight landing i would be charged an extra £15!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on leaving the park for 20 minutes”
“There was plenty of space if you knew where to park, I seemed to be driving round in circles and couldn’t find the way out to check another area.
The reason I’ve gave a 4 stars is that the car parks weren’t sign posted easily especially when arriving early hours it was difficult to find a space.
The buses were frequent but were overcrowded and felt unsafe with lots of people standing in the aisle. This also made it difficult when there are 3 terminals but even more bus stops in car park.”
“Have used before with no issues but took a long time to find a parking space this time and people had parked all over the place (not in bays) which made us concerned there were no spaces - other people we met had the same problem with one couple stressing about missing check in”
“We parked at JetParks 3 for a week away. The car was fine and we had the assurance of taking keys with us.
There are regular buses between the car parks and the airport terminals. The driver who collected us helpfully pointed out where we couldn't park and where there were likely to be spaces when we stopped him. He brought us in too. On the way back, the driver collecting us was eager to help everyone with their luggage.
The plate recognition worked perfectly so getting in and out was easy, although we had our paperwork ready just in case.
Can't complain about the price as it was broadly equivalent to other parking, but a bit cheaper. Overall I'd recommend JetParks 3 and will happily reuse.”
“Michael M was so helpful. He helped me load and unload my 3 cases, waited until i sat down before driving off. Told me when my bus stop was approaching. Made the experience so much better for me and my little girl. Wish ever driver was like him!”
