“Good value and easy to get into and out of with the reg plate recognition system the only fault I could pick with it is the carpark surface is made up of large stones which is difficult to drag heavy cases over and the stones damage the case bottoms and wheels.”
“Good handy location to the airport. Good regular bus service around the park. Only criticism is when exiting the park the road is difficult to turn left or right, due to heavy traffic backing up from nearby traffic light junction. A set of traffic lights on exit road operative during peak times would help.”
“Car park is rough in places. Buses crowded but we were lucky to get on straightaway but other people had long waits. First time we have used jetparks3 and only because multi story not available. Its too much hassle with buses. If we can't park by the terminal next time we will get taxis to avoid jetparks3.”
“Easy to get to by car however long wait for the shuttle both to and from the terminal and the shuttles when they did arrive were so crammed with travellers it was very uncomfortable. Really needs more shuttles to make it worth using”
“Used this service over many years but its gone steadily downhill. Can't fault the drivers though. But the crowded car park with no help to find parking space is a nightmare. Bus took over 20 minutes to arrive and on way back after holiday it took half an hour to appear and no wonder, it was even more crammed, with some turned away to wait for next one. Meet & Greet for me from now on. Manchester Airport is a situational and unorganised mess. Someone needs to step back and look at it.”
